The process:
Part 1: The Grounding - reflective “pre-work” in a robust Notion dash to surface key themes and values from your current lived experience, what you want from the months ahead, and what’s currently blocking you from living it.
Part 2: The Energetic Integration - live, 90-minute astrological coaching session where we define your 3-5 non-negotiable commitment lanes based on YOU + your astrology
Part 3: The Commitment - reflective “post-work” integrating each lane, a voice note on the energetic significance of each, and followup live-coaching session one week later to fully anchor you into your commitments based on how they’re showing up in your real life.
